It helpes just 1 minute of conscious breathing to get ideas, clarity and inner peace and bliss. Just have a go, it takes one minute. You can repeat it as often as you like.

Instant joy, bliss, centering through breathing

I LOVE DOING this while eating, in garden, nature, exercise and for sure in yoga and meditation.

1. DEEP UJAHI BREATH IN (ocean breath) – _________BELLY – CHEST – HEART – BRAIN ___________☀️

2. HOLDING ENERGY up in the brain (for at least 4-7sec)________  ☀️

3. H-A-Umming SLOW AND SMILING OUT (again ujahi-ocean breath) – > YOGIC OCEAN BREATH = like equalising ears, or locking the ears
