Vishens morning routine to save a ton of time while improving health, productivity and wellbeing phenomenally! mindvalley Time saving mornimg routine similiar to mine.

My morning power and wellbeing routine

I have added:

Gratitude, 5 minute journal

+ and my daily goals and improvement list

  • 1. some bed stretches in the bed (rist, neck, legs, shoulders – 5min)
  • Apple cider, lemon juice, bicarb soda every few days at first
  • With 200-500ml water (sometimes turmeric and pepper)
  • And a morning visualisation with gregg braden, dispenza or others (im sharing soon
  • The 6 phase meditation
