What a wonderful day in nature, at Jack's creek – walk 1. Pic – hanging #stretch OOn a Gumtree 2. #yogatime is everytime – #meditation – #breathing (in) the #moment -> (try) doing all actions with mindfulness and deep breathing – keeps in the moments a lot more (alive) and makes me fully aware of more details, like: – little birds in the trees, The sound of the wind – smells of trees, moss, stones and myself ? – and even the feeling of the stone I'm sitting on, it is like it's moving or shaking in the wind when I'm fully present Just try deep breathing from time to Time and enjoy the "little", every day moments of life WHEN? Few ideas to try: – while eating a deep breath in – enjoy the wonderful food, what becomes a part of you and nourishes you with vitamins, energy, good nutrition. – while walking – becoming really aware of every step, each muscle, expanding chest, the air travelling into your lungs and out -> becomes a part of nature again and nature transforms it back into oxygen for us ? while eating a deep breath in – enjoy the wonderful food, what becomes a part of you and nourishes you with vitamins, energy, good nutrition.

While driving, sitting, tooth brushing, and even now – breathe deep – sit straight and smile because you are wonderful!
